UPPER ELEMENTARY SPANISH (3rd-6th)
- Instructor: Doraliz Rivera
- Description: This Spanish class helps students build foundational language skills through fun and interactive activities. Students will learn pronunciation of Spanish words, commonly used vocabulary, and how to form simple sentences for basic conversations. They will practice greetings, meeting others, and describing things, animals, themselves, and others in Spanish. Topics will also include numbers, colors, family, school, and daily activities. Through games, role-playing, and cultural exploration, students will develop confidence in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish.
- Goals & Expectations: Learn and use essential Spanish vocabulary and phrases. Practice simple conversations and basic sentence structures. Improve listening and speaking skills through interactive activities. Build a strong foundation to prepare for Spanish 1 at the high school level.
- Class size: 5-10 students
- Time: Wednesdays @ 10:00
Restrictions
Participants must currently be in grades 3 to 6.
