4th Grade and Up
Description: In this course, we will be working through the award-nominated book, “Salt, Fat Acid, and Heat”. This book is full of magical information about flavor profile analysis, ingredients and their geographical origins, advanced cooking methods, and so much more. Each student will be equipped with their very own chopping knife, which they will be in charge of maintaining. Please make me aware of any and all food-based allergies, as well as any serious dietary restrictions that may apply, as students will be encouraged to taste the dishes they create. I’m so excited to get started!
Participants must be entering grades 4 to 12.
Minimum: 6
Maximum: 10
